Maybe I'll play other Persona games but this one definitely seemed bloated. The end of the game took like 2 hours to get through, please just end faster! The anime scenes were also pretty slick. Your cat friend sort of spouts out a bunch of random nonsense that typically ends up being right. The music in this game is very good and probably the highlight of the game for me. Definitely a little weird that you can romance several adult women while you are a high schooler. The gameplay loop is what you would expect for this type of game (or so I've gathered) where your days pass in segments which allow you to do a variety of things in each one. I had never played a Persona game before and, while I obviously liked it to put the amount of time into it that I did, it also became boring. Whimsicalish played the last 19 hours to push it over the finish line and I watched the major story beats. I played the first 75 hours earlier in the year and apparently had had enough at that point as I never finished.
